What Helen Read #50: July 2020

A big welcome back for Helen. So happy she is recovering from her surgery and is home after such a long hospital stay. She didn't read much what with being in the hospital and being unwell, but she's slowly recovering and getting her reading mojo back. Not many books for the last two months for her, but a little bit of reading is better than nothing.

Here's what Helen read for the last month.

Helen always has a fab reading month. Let's see what stood out for her ...

Well, I think this is the smallest list I have ever had, but I have been in hospital and still recovering very slowly and these books have sure helped with making me smile. All of these books are so good.

The Farm At Peppertree Crossing by Leonie Kelsall was the first book I have read from her and it is fabulous. I am very much looking forward to more. It is such a beautiful rural romance.

Alison Stuart never disappoints. Her stories are filled with character and history and The Goldminer's Sister is one that I highly recommend. I loved being back in the gold rush days of early Australia.

Tamsin is another story from Annie Seaton in The Pentecost Island series and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to the Whitsundays.

Rania Battany finished her Stolen Hearts series with and emotional bang in Chasing Gabby.

Have Fun, Helen.

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.
