What Helen Read #20: November 2017

I thought I had a good chance of having read more books than Helen this month cos I did much better than I thought but alas! that is not to be. Helen is totally kickass with her reading and once again read more books than I did. Of course, it's not a competition. All reading, any reading done for the month is wonderful.

Also, I wanted to mention, as I am putting this blog post together, this is my first time playing Christmas carols. I'm starting to get into the mood for the festive season but I digress. Let's get back to what Helen read. But on the topic of Christmas, Helen's read a lot of Christmas themed books since it is this time of the year when all the Christmas books come out. They are such romantic reads.

Here's what Helen read for November.

Another excellent month for Helen. Let's see what she thought of what she read.

Starting with the Christmas stories I mentioned above, Helen read a lot of them and all the ones she's read she highly recommends to get into the mood for Christmas.

Jasmine Sea by Phillip Nefri-Clark is the follow-on book from The Stationmaster's Cottage and it was fabulous with lots of romance and suspense in a quiet seaside town.

Child of Africa by TM Clark was a gripping story set in hard times in Africa. Helen thoroughly enjoyed it.

With hot and steamy reads, there was the first in the new Harlequin Dare line, Clare Connelly's Off Limits. You'll need to keep a fan ready for that one. And Jackie Ashenden's The Big, Bad Billionaire, the final book in the Fairy Tales series was fabulous.

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.
