What Helen Read #75: August 2022

Greetings from a chilly Minnesota. I'm pretty last minute for this post and I'm all turned around with the dang time zones. I keep forgetting that I no longer live in the future and now I feel like I'm behind on everything. As I do this, it's 4:25am back home on the day that this is supposed to post and it's 1:25pm here the day before. It's still Tuesday here, if you're wondering. Dang time zones. And it's going to be like this for another five weeks for me. Oh, the agony! But that said, it's nice to be visiting Steve's mom and catching up with some friends we haven't seen for a long time here.

PS. This is scheduled to post at 6am and I finished it at 5:07am. Talk about getting in by the skin of my teeth!

Here's what Helen read for the last month.

Helen always has a fabulous reading month. Let's see what stood out for her.

To pick out some standouts here we go, so many good books. 😊

A few really good Harlequin M&B books this month Presents and Medical, and I highly recommend them all.

Amy Andrews newest medical, Nurse's Outback Temptation was fabulous as was Susan Carlisle’s Mending The ER Doc's Heart.

Dani Collins, Pippa Roscoe and Annie West outdid themselves with their new Harlequin Presents stories filled with fabulous heroes and heroines and awesome locations.

Rachael Stewart’s newest, My Year With The Billionaire was so good. A castle in the Scottish Highlands, snow, and a ball.

New release from Fiona McArthur, Barbara Hannay and Sophie Green had me turning the page.

A couple of historical fiction from Madeline Martin and Kaye Dobbie that I do highly recommend.

Thrillers. Yes, these had me on the edge of my seat from Nicola Marsh, Bronwyn Hall (a fabulous debut).

Dakota Harrison’s new one in the With Love From Kurrajong Crossing series is a must read.

And of course the long awaited Hayson Manning book, Bound To The Bodyguard is fabulous.

I know so many good books. 😊

Have fun, Helen.
