What Helen Read #10: January 2017
Gee, doesn't a month past quickly? Remember when you were a kid and
they days just didn't go fast enough between holidays and birthdays and
any other special events? And now? Too little time, too many books. If
I could read a book a day, everyday, I would would be happy.
But me lamenting time aside, Helen's had a good reading month. Check it out.

2016 Recap: Top author reads
Hello and welcome to the last of my 2016 recap. It's been a while in
coming (blame the chockers blog schedule!) but I'm very glad to share
with you some favorite reads from some of my favorite authors. These
lovely authors have been kind enough to share with us a few of their
top reads for the year. Authors are readers too so I just love finding
out what they've loved and getting to showcase them here. Plus, I'm
sure I'll find a good book or several here.

What Deanna Read #12: January 2017
January has been a decent reading month. Not an all time high but with
enough books to make me happy, and I'm pacing myself. My average seems
to be about two-ish books a week. Some weeks more, some weeks less. It
all depends on what I've got going on. Ya know, life stuff. This month
has been a busy one with a few trips into the city to run errands and
to deal with some health stuff, and also Chinese New Year with the
family. There were days when there was no reading for the whole day at
all. Such is life. I'm still learning to be kind to myself about it but
there are SO. MANY. BOOKS!!! And I want to read them ALL!!
Let's see what February brings. :-)
