What Helen Read #38: June 2019

As I'm putting this together, I can't believe it's July already. The first half of the year has just flown by for me. There was crazy, manic work, some family related travel, a bit more work, and then settling back home, and of course, the eye surgery. What a nutty six months it's been. I'm looking forward to the rest of the year and hoping our plans do not go awry. What do you have planned for the second half of the year? Anything exciting?

Here's what Helen read for the last month.

Helen always has a fab reading month. Let's see what stood out for her ...

It is going to be very hard to pick the standouts this month as I read so many fabulous books, but I will keep it as short as I can.

So many fabulous stories from edge of your seat romantic suspense set in Tasmania from Sarah Barrie in Devil's Lair, to the Scottish Highlands with Anna Campbell with The Highlander's Lost Lady, back to the goldrush days with Alison Stuart in The Postmistresss, to such a romantic story with Liz Fielding in The Billionaire's Convenient Bride, and a fun story from new to me author Keris Stainton with The Bad Mothers' Book Club about mothers and book clubs, and finally, back to the 1950’s and the Hollywood movies with Alli Sinclair in The Cinema At Starlight Creek.

I can highly recommend everyone of these books all of them kept me turning the pages..

Have Fun, Helen.

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.
