What Deanna Read #94: February 2024

Y'all, it's the end of the month. LITERALLY!!! It's the 31st of the month and I have about 5 hours left of March. I figured I better get the books I read in February out. Oof! Where did March go? I've been so busy and the month blew by. Plus I had a monster deadline and hubby took me away for my holiday. It was fun.

Here's what I read for the last month.

Midnight Shadows by Lisa Marie Rice
Midnight Shadows
Advanced by Delta James
Midnight Angel by Lisa Marie Rice
Midnight Angel
Silver Silence by Nalini Singh

Sip of Pleasure Anthology by Laylah Roberts
Sip of Pleasure
Finding Love by Cameron Hart
Finding Love
Access All Areas by Cassie Mint
Access All Areas
Resonance Surge by Nalini Singh

Storm Echo by Nalini Singh

Daddy's Little Cupcake by Everly Raine
Daddy's Little Cupcake
The Night Island by Jayne Ann Krentz
The Night Island

I didn't have much time to read in February because we went away for a work thing for hubby and unfortunately, I caught the lurgy while away. That knocked me out in February for 2 weeks leading into March. Oof! Not fun. Plus some of the books I read were pretty long. I'm looking at you, Nalini Singh.

That said, I've caught up on all the Psy-Changeling Trinity books in preparation for the new one coming out later this year. I think I've put it into my calendar for release day but I forget when that is. Ah okay, I went to look. It's called Primal Mirror and it's coming out the third week of July. I also reread Silver Silence which is the first book in the series because after I was done, I wasn't quite ready to let the world go, and I really, really wanted to read about the bears again. Next I need to catch up on the Guild Hunter books. I'm about three or four books behind on that one.

I read the latest in Jayne Ann Krentz's The Lost Night Files series, The Night Island. Another fabulous book and I'm so intrigued by what's going on and the deeper mystery there. Can't wait till the next on comes out.

Other than that it was just a few short books and a lovely sweet one from Cassie Mint called Access All Areas which my brain needed when it was feeling particularly burnt out.

That's it from me. What did you read lat month?

It's so late into the year, I'm not even sure it's worth doing my top 10 from 2023 anymore. What do you think?
