What Helen Read #33: December 2018

Y'all, January has been a crazy month. Back at work and we moved offices so that's nuts. On the weekend before the office officially "opened" Steve and I were in there cleaning the kitchen in order for it to be ready for the caterers since we had 30+ people descending on the new office for workshops.

And of course, on the bloggity front, we had end of 2018 stuff to recap. If you haven't already, you can read about both mine and Helen's top 10 books for 2018. Picking only ten is always tough.

So all that is just the long way to say I'm sorry I'm late with Helen's books read in December last year.

Here's what Helen read for the last month.

Helen always has a fab reading month. Let's see what stood out for her ...

December is always a busy month for me with Christmas so not as many books read as normal, but what I did read kept me very entertained and smiling as always.

There are a few Christmas stories read. That is always a given for at this time of the year and I loved them all. Our Country Christmas By Darry Fraser et al, and Christmas With The Duke by Katrina Cudmore are awesome reads.

Jackie Ashenden heated things up with the first book in her new series for Dare called King's Price. It is good.

Rachael Johns never disappoints me and Lost Without You is fabulous.

For a heart-wrenching beautiful story pick up Photos Of You by Tammy Robinson but keep the tissues at the ready.

And it is a long time since I have read a good pirate story and Erin Grace nailed it with The Pirate's Secret Stowaway.

Honesty, they were all good reads, I would highly recommend them.

Have Fun, Helen.

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.
