It would appear that I am improve, at least, as of right now because I've got a bit more energy and I'm trying to catch up on some things. One of these things is the latest on what I read last month. Go me!
I'm also in deadline hell with the day job, but hey, that's for another conversation. I'm plugging along. Also, go me!!
Aside from that, how are y'all doing? And here's what I read for the last month.

Not gonna lie, my reading life is very much comfort reads, rereads, and books from favorite authors. Lots of bingeing books from favorite authors.
I continued to binge read Laylah Roberts and I am not officially done with all her Daddy books, since I finished (what's out so far) the Harem of Daddies series. I started on the Haven, Texas series but it's not grabbing me. I might need to give it a few more books. I've now started rereading in desperation and read Motorcycle Daddy again.
Another reread was Hans by SJ Tilly because of the entire Alliance series, I think I love Hans best. I love Nero too, so Hans and Nero are my two favs, probably because both those heroes are totally unhinged. I think Hans might be more unhinged than Nero and I adore him.
I also started catching up on the Psy-Changeling Trinity series with Last Guard by Nalini Singh. What a delight! I always love how pretty her writing is. Yeah, it's kinda purple in some places, but I dig it.
Anna Hackett had a new book out with The Hero She Wants and Shep is my kind of grump. Yeah!
Finally, I've been progressively making my way through Kaylea Cross's Hostage Rescue Team series, but that's in audiobook and I'm thoroughly enjoying them. I love Jeffrey Kafer's voice.
That's it from me. What did you read lat month?
Stay tuned for my top 10 of 2023, but that might not happen till March because, as I said before, deadline hell.
Find me everywhere:
Glad you're getting a bit more energy back. A good month in January. And I love Kaylea Cross. May be a bit of a wait for the next one as she is on a year's course at Durham University.

I'm reading an old JAK right now. Eclipse Bay and loving it. No one does banter quite like she does between the hero and heroine.
DeleteYou've had a good reading month in January too. I didn't do too poorly either and enjoyed most of the books I read even though a couple were iffy.
Oh, I didn't know that Kaylea Cross was away for a year doing a course at university. How awesome. I just wish more of the HRT series was on audio. I think only half the series is on audio right now.
