I need to apologise for the delay putting my reading for the last two months together. I had originally started putting this together in June when I was away on holidays and had a moment of free time. But then my computer decided to shutdown unexpectedly and I lost the post that I had prepped to about 80% and I kinda lost the will to live... or rather, lost the will to redo it. Then one thing led to another, end of holidays, Hubby gave me the flu towards the end of our holidays and that knocked me out for another ten or so days and that was the end of June.
So, here we are, almost the end of July. I'm currently away at a friend's beach house and we're hanging out, drinking wine, eating charcuterie, and chilling. We're just chilling and I'm sitting at the kitchen counter putting this together, drinking tea and watching the wind blow through the trees.

So, what did I love? Well, obviously, continuing on from April, my obsession with Ilona Andrews' Innkeeper Chronicles series knew no bounds cos I glommed it in a huge way. Holy binge listening, Batman! And wow! I need more. Also, can I please, please have my very own Sean Evans? Graphic Audio for the win!
And of course, then the obsession moved onto the Murderbot Diaries series by Martha Wells. Again, I listened to it on Graphic Audio and I've saved one last audiobook for later. I've had to make myself listen to something else. Oof!
Another audiobook. This one was a re-listen for book club. A Cold Dark Place by Toni Anderson. This was just a regular audiobook, but may I say, Eric G Dove's voice gives me goosebumps. He's one of my all time favorite narrators which also includes Thomas Locklear and Jeffrey Kafer. My top three. My trifecta of favorite narrators.
I also started Michael Anderle's The Kurtherian Gambit series in Graphic Audio and managed the first two in the series. I had to stop myself at that point because I started to not sleep for want of continuing the listening experience but this series was fun, funny, clever, and very entertaining. An interesting twist on the vampire genre with the way these "vampires" were made. You'll need to read or listen to the series to find out more. I'm not going to spoil it.
Aside from that, there are the usual suspects. Jessa Kane, TS Joyce, and Anna Hackett's Night and Day was a wonderful intro to a new series. Oh gosh, did I love Ro.

I want to say you're halfway through the In Death series, but you're not. I think she's up to like 60+ books now. I'm at about #28 and kinda stalled. I don't know how you've managing to keep reading them one after another. She kinda does my head in after a couple of books.
