What Deanna Read #105: March 2025

Well, March was a dismal month of reading. Some audiobooks which seems like the only way my brain could cope with reading because I was actually pretty burned out from a string of very intense book edits for a re-release. As I'm typing this, the proofs for the last book in the series are due back in a couple of days. I just need to apply those, and then it's just a matter of the book being uploaded and the series is complete (again!). It's actually very exciting.

Hope your reading for March has been a lot better than mine.

Here's what I read in the last month.

Red Havoc Rogue by TS Joyce
Red Havoc Rogue
Sealed with a Kiss by Alexa Riley
At Grave's End by Jeaniene Frost
At Grave's End (full cast dramatized version)
🎧Graphic Audio

📘Kindle eBook
Little Sunshine by Layle Frost

Arion by Paige Michaels
Arion
Tracking Magic by Shannon Mayer
Tracking Magic (full cast dramatized version)
🎧Graphic Audio
📘Kindle eBook
A Method To His Madness by Jessa Kane
A Method to His Madness
Jameson by Anna Hackett
Jameson

Lethal Game by Julie Rowe
Lethal Game
North by Anna Hackett
North

This might quite possibly the smallest reading month I've had since I started tracking my reading. Maybe. I'm not exactly certain since I haven't gone back to look or tracked numbers by month in a spreadsheet. And I can't very well count the books that I've read 6 to 8 times through while editing them, can I? I mean, if I could, then the book count would be a lot higher, but it's just ONE book.

As you can see, I stuck to favorites and more favorites. With it being such a low key reading month, and to be honest, my brain was pretty fried from work, I was very glad to fall back on book I knew I would enjoy vs trying new stuff that could have been iffy.

New for me which I enjoyed was Shannon Meyer on Graphic Audio with her book Tracking Magic because we know how much I love a good full cast dramatized audiobook adaptation, and Graphic Audio is top tier.

How did you go with your reading? Read any good books last month?

    1. You did much better in March than I did. What did you think of Jameson? Have you read the previous series Hell Squad yet?

  2. Yes, I'm enjoying Anna's new series. Pity we've got to wait a while for the next one! The new series sounds good though. Yes, I read the Hell Squad books several years ago
