What Helen Read #45: January 2020

You know what? This year is going by way too fast. If I blink, I'm going to be off on my round the world trip. Part work, part holiday and I'm really looking forward to it. Might not get much reading done since we have a pretty full schedule.

How has your month of January gone? It looks like Helen had a great reading month but then, she always does since she always loves most everything she reads.

Here's what Helen read for the last month.

Helen always has a fab reading month. Let's see what stood out for her ...

I had a good reading month it was way too hot to do anything else but stay inside and read.

So many great books again, it really is hard to pick the best.

Fiona Lowe’s Just An Ordinary Family was just amazing, this one had so many emotions it rocked.

Four fabulous reads from Harlequin Australia are The Daughter Of Victory Lights by Kerri Turner, The Boundary Fence by Alissa Callen, The Lawson Sisters by Janet Gover and Lily Malone’s Last Bridge Before Home. They all hit the spot for stories that pulled me in from the start.

Two historicals this month from a couple of my favourite authors Reid by Sasha Cottman is the start of a new series Regency Rockstars and was good, and the final installment in Maddison Michaels' series, The Sinful Scot had me turning the pages another fab story.

Three that must be mentioned Nalini Singh’s A Madness Of Summer, Maya Linnell’s Wildflower Ridge and In A Great Southern Land by Mary-Anne O’Connor. There are two new to me authors and I loved them all.

All the books were great reads and I would recommend them all.

Have Fun, Helen.

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.
