What Deanna Read #32: September 2018

First of all, my apologies for the lack of a post earlier this week. It's been crazy busy at work and I had a bunch of manuscripts I had to power-read over the weekend to provide feedback on. I think I cranked out reading almost 200,000 words over the weekend. I needed a weekend to recover from my weekend. But man, the books were good. I think you are going to love them when they get released.

On the reading front, I didn't too badly. I thought I'd have done more but this is not bad. I'm on par with

Here's what I read for the month.

I got lucky this month and everything was good. Even the Harlequin Romance manga comic, Matched To A Billionaire.

Trinity and Triskele are the start of a new series by Serene Akeroyd. She's become a go-to author for me and I'm fortunate she writes fast, so there's at least one book a month from her. Her books pack a punch and they are always an intense read. Great if you want to sink into a fantastic paranormal world.

Thea Harrison has been a favorite for years and Lionheart is no exception. It's a fiercely passionate read with emotion and grit. If you haven't read her Moonshadow series, you need to. It's fantastic.

Finally, Lexxie Couper releases her first paranormal story in a long time. Destiny's Knight is the first in her Guarded Soul series and I must say, Nath, her hero is delish.

That's it from me. What did you read for this last month? Do leave a comment and let me know.

And stay tuned for Helen's reading list for the month too.
