What Helen Read #21: December 2017

You know what? I think I'm going to gloat a little bit ... because, this month, I beat Helen in the reading game. :-) Not that it's a competition or anything like that but hey, I read a few more books than Helen did in December. Woo hoo!! That said, Helen had a great month too. I always like seeing what Helen read because her reading is so diverse and different from mine.

Here's what Helen read for December.

Another excellent month for Helen. Let's see what she thought of what she read.

Helen's stand out reads for the month were Where the Murray River Runs by Darry Fraser, The Naturalist's Daughter by Tea Cooper and The Country Girl by Cathryn Hein. All the books were amazing and real page turners.

Helen also read a lot of Christmas books because, well, it wouldn't be December without Christmas stories.

And finally, an extra shout out to the Prince's Son of Scandal by Dani Collins. What a book to finish the series off with!!

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.

  4. Kudos for getting in all those Christmas Reads. I should have been reading lots more of these instead of being glued to The Hallmark Channel and that Yule Log. (lol) Kudos! Hugs...RO

    2. I've seen quite a few people say they've loved watching the Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel this year. Some were very good.
